Shipping policy

Burst Books sells downloadable digital products only. No physical products are manufactured, posted, or shipped.

Digital delivery is free. There are no shipping, handling, customs, or physical-delivery charges.

Orders are processed automatically after successful payment. Download links are provided on the order-confirmation page and sent to the email address supplied during checkout. Delivery normally occurs within minutes, although customers should allow up to 30 minutes and check their spam or junk folder.

Large collections may be supplied as several separate ZIP files. Customers are responsible for providing a valid email address, maintaining sufficient device storage, and having the software and internet connection required to download and open the files.

If your download email does not arrive or a link does not work, contact publisher@burstbooks.biz and include your order number and purchasing email address. We will respond within two business days and restore access or provide replacement files as quickly as possible.

Because all products are delivered digitally, tracking numbers, shipping destinations, and physical delivery estimates do not apply.
