FAQ

Printful’s (our print supplier) estimated delivery time (EDT) is our delivery time prediction. We follow a simple equation to calculate EDT:

estimated fulfillment + estimated shipping = estimated delivery time

Printful’s average order fulfillment takes 2–5 business days for all production techniques.

We consider the current order volume and our fulfillment capacity when calculating our estimated fulfillment time. Similarly, we calculate estimated shipping time according to our historical shipping data for deliveries to your area or selling region.

But the estimated delivery time is just an estimate, not a guarantee. Here are some of the reasons why an order might arrive past its EDT:

  • Issues with print or embroidery files
  • Products being out of stock
  • Shipping related delays like failed delivery attempts, service disruptions, or harsh weather conditions

Nonetheless, we work hard to meet our delivery estimates with each order. 

We ship worldwide and our print supplier currently has fulfillment centers outside the US in the following locations: Birmingham, UK. Toronto, Canada.

Tracking numbers are provided in the shipping confirmation emails once your order has been fulfilled. Navigate to our Track Your Order page and enter your tracking number to track your package.

Unfortunately, Burstbooks has no part in the shipping process once packages are delivered to their carriers. From then on, we relinquish all responbility for the packages and they are in the hands of the shipping carrier to be taken to your doorstep.

 

We recommend that you get it contact with the shipping carrier/local post to file a claim and inquire about your package. It is possible that they delivered it to the wrong house, you entered your address incorrectly, etc.

 

If none of these are the case, it is possible that your shipment was lost/stolen. Burstbooks does not take responsibility for these situations as they occur whilst the shipping carriers have your package or while the package is on your doorstep but you did not retrieve it.

Our print supplier is based in the USA but also has locations offshore.

Once orders have been placed we are unable to cancel or alter shipping address once package has been delivered to shipping facility.

International orders are subject to customs post delivery taxes and fees, we are required by law to declare all contents within package. You will be responsible for customs charges if your country requires it.

We are not responsible for any packages that are lost, stolen or delayed by the postal service.

It is the responsibility of the customers to provide a valid and sufficient delivery address at checkout. We, Aeternis, will ship your order directly to the address you provide, even if it is an invalid address as we have no way of knowing this at the time of shipment. Should the delivery fail due to an insufficient address, we bear no responsibility and are not liable to reship the order.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.
